NOAH HUMES

Noah Humes is a freelance visual artist from Mid City Los Angeles, CA. He received his BFA in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Illustration from Otis College of Art and Design in 2017. His creative journey includes his personalized necessity to capture the essence of distinctive, shared, and external multifaceted experiences within time and space. Blending storytelling and aesthetics intertwined with imagination and reality to create work that resonates with the audience, he also bridges the gap between the tangible and the abstract, inviting viewers to consider the complexities and constructs of his creative narrative. 

Noah explores and revisits the convergence of experience, memory, history, and expression. Within these happenings, he shares his thoughts and interpretations on political and social issues that occur throughout the world around him. He paints sports heroes, friends, family members, celebrities, etc., who all share personal moments with him as they are recreated through his visual language.
